I hereby promulgate the Law for Partial Amendments to the Sempaku Kodan (Shipbuilding Corporation) Law. Signed:HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This fourteenth day of the fifth month of the twenty-fourth year of Showa (May 14, 1949) Prime Minister YOSHIDA Shigeru Law No.60 Law for Partial Amendments to the Sempaku Kodan (Shipbuilding Corporation) Law A part of the Sempaku Kodan (Shipbuilding Corporation) Law (Law No.52 of 1947) shall be amended as follows: In Art.3, Par.1, "\300,000,000" shall read "\5,697,000,000." In Art.16, Par.1, Item 3 shall be deleted, and Item 4 shall read Item 3. In Art.21, Par.4, "a person who has leased a ship or any of the facilities for shipbuilding enterprises or purchased materials for shipbuilding" shall read "a person who has leased a ship or purchased materials for shipbuilding." In Art.24, Par.1, Item 3, "vessels, materials for building or repairing vessels or facilities for shipbuilding enterprises" shall read "vessels or materials for building or repairing vessels" . In Art.35, Par.1, "and facilities for shipbuilding enterprises" shall be deleted. Supplementary Provision: The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
