Article 1. The provisions of Arts.2 to 5 inclusive of the Law of Costs of Criminal Action (Law No.68 of 1921) and Art.3 of the Law of Temporary Measures relating to the Costs of Action and Others (Law No.2 of 1944) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the amount of travelling expenses, daily allowances, lodging charges, fees for expert opinion, fees for interpretation, fees for translation, and reimbursements to be paid to a witness, expert witness, interpreter, or translator who has been examined by judge in accordance with the provisions of Art.179,226 or 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Law No.131 of 1948). 2 In the case mentioned in the preceding paragraph, "the Court or Requisitioned Judge" in the Law of Costs of Criminal Action shall read "the judge" .

Article 2. Any person who has been questioned by a public procurator or secretary of public procurator's office, or expert witness, interpreter or translator who has been requested by a public procurator or secretary of public procurator's office, in accordance with the provisions of Art.223 of the Code of Criminal Procedure may be paid travelling expenses, daily allowances, lodging charges, fees for expert opinion, fees for interpretation or fees for translation and reimbursed his disbursements. 2 The amount of the travelling expenses, daily allowances, lodging charges, fees for expert opinion, fees for interpretation, fees for translation, and reimbursements mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall be governed by the provisions of the first paragraph of the preceding Article. 3 In the case mentioned in the preceding paragraph, "the Court or Requisitioned Judge" in the Law of Costs of Criminal Action shall read "Public Procurator" .
