I hereby promulgate the Law concerning the Transfer from the General Account for the Resources of Loans in the Special Account for the Finance for the Farm Settlers. Signed:HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This twenty-fifth day of the fourth month of the twenty-fourth year of Showa (April 25, 1949) Prime Minister YOSHIDA Shigeru Law No,33 Law concerning the Transfer from the General Account for the Resources of Loans in the Special Account for the Finance for Farm Settlers The Government shall be authorized to make transfers from the General Account to the Special Account for the Finance for the Farm Settlers within the limit of 1,514,094,000 yen in the fiscal year 1949-50 for the resources of loans made in accordance with the provisions of Article 1 of the Settlers'Fund Financing Law (Law No.6 of 1947). With respect to the transfers under the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Government shall after wards transfer the amount equivalent to the said transfers from the Special Account for the Finance for the Farm Settlers to the General Account as prescribed in the budget.
