I hereby promulgate the Law for Partial Amendment to the Foreign Trade Fund Special Account Law. Signed:HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This first day of the fourth month of the twenty-fourth year of Showa (April 1, 1949) Prime Minister YOSHIDA Shigeru Law No.25 Law for Partial Amendment to the Foreign Trade Fund Special Account Law A part of the Foreign Trade Fund Special Account Law (Law No.179 of 1947) shall be amended as follows: In Art.3, par.1, "and transfers from the Special Account for Foreign Trade Special Yen Fund" shall read "transfers under the provisions of Article 20-(2) and transfers from the Special Account for Foreign Trade Special Yen Fund," and in the proviso to par.2 of the said Article, "twenty-five billion yen" shall read "thirty billion yen" . Next to Art.20, one Article shall be added as follows:

Article 20-(2). Surplus on the profit and loss account referred to in Article 13, for every fiscal year within the term from the fiscal year 1947-48 to the fiscal year as otherwise prescribed by a law under the provisions of Art.19, shall be transferred to the Foreign Trade Fund, regardless of the provisions of Art.13, par.1.
