I hereby promulgate the Law for Partial Amendment to the Law concerning Undemobilized Persons'Compensation. Signed:HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This twenty-ninth day of the twelfth month of the twenty-third year of Showa (December 29, 1948) Prime Minister YOSHIDA Shigeru Law No.278 Law for Partial Amendment to the Law concerning Undemobilized Persons'Compensation A part of the Law concerning Undemobilized Persons'Compensation (Law No.182 of 1947) shall be amended as follows: Par.2, Article 4 shall be amended as follows: The monthly amount of the family allowance shall be 600 yen for the wife out of the dependants of the family (inclusive of the wife who is actually in the same status as in a married relation, though she is not registered legally) and 400 yen per capita for the rest.
