    <LawTitle>Law for Partial Amendment to the Certified Public Accountants Law</LawTitle>
    <MainProvision>
      <Paragraph Num="1">
        <ParagraphNum/>
        <ParagraphSentence>
          <Sentence>The Certified Public Accountants Law (Law No.103 of 1948) shall be partially amended as follows:</Sentence>
        </ParagraphSentence>
        <AmendProvision>
          <AmendProvisionSentence>
            <Sentence>In the Proviso to Article 56, "April 1, 1949" shall read as "April 1, 1950."</Sentence>
          </AmendProvisionSentence>
        </AmendProvision>
        <AmendProvision>
          <AmendProvisionSentence>
            <Sentence>The following three paragraphs shall be added next to Article 57, Paragraph 6 as Paragraphs 7, 8 and 9 respectively:</Sentence>

          <NewProvision>
            <Paragraph Num="7">
              <ParagraphNum>7</ParagraphNum>
              <ParagraphSentence>
                <Sentence>Any person who, at the time of the enforcement of this Law, has been continuously engaging in the business of a chartered accountant for more than three years, shall be qualified to become a probationary public accountant, notwithstanding the provision of Article 5, Paragraph 2.</Sentence>
              </ParagraphSentence>
            </Paragraph>
            <Paragraph Num="8">
              <ParagraphNum>8</ParagraphNum>
              <ParagraphSentence>
                <Sentence>Any person who has the qualification mentioned in the preceding paragraph and wants to be a probationary public accountant shall enter on the register of names of the probationary public accountants the matters prescribed in the Regulations for the Public Accountant Administration Commission, within three months from the day this Law is amended.</Sentence>
              </ParagraphSentence>
            </Paragraph>
            <Paragraph Num="9">
              <ParagraphNum>9</ParagraphNum>
              <ParagraphSentence>
                <Sentence>Any person who, at the time of the enforcement of this Law, has been continuously engaging in the business of a chartered accountant for more than ten years, may submit his memoir or report concerning accountancy to the Public Accountant Administration Commission in accordance with the Regulations for the Public Accountant Administration Commission, and may substitute the judgement thereof for undergoing the special certified public accountant examination.</Sentence>

            </Paragraph>

      </Paragraph>

    <SupplProvision>
      <SupplProvisionLabel>Supplementary Provision:</SupplProvisionLabel>
      <Paragraph Num="1">
        <ParagraphNum/>
        <ParagraphSentence>
          <Sentence>This Law shall come into force as from the day its promulgation.</Sentence>
