Law for the Partial Amendment, etc. to the Law concerning the Salary and Others for the Public Procurators
A part of the Law concerning the Salary and Others for the Public Procurators (Law No.76 of 1948) shall be amended as follows:
Article 9 shall read as follows:
Article 9.
The monthly amount of salaries for public procurators and assistant procurators who are in special categories may, for the time being, be fixed at 24,000 yen for the former and at 14,800 yen for the latter, irrespective of the provisions of Article 2.
The annexed list shall be amended as follows:

Supplementary Provisions:
1.
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation and shall apply from November 1, 1948.
2.
The salaries and other allowances already paid as those on and after November 1, 1948 to public procurators shall be deemed as part payment of the salaries and other allowances prescribed by the new Law.
3.
The Law concerning the Salary and Others for the Public Procurators, etc. after June, 1948 (Law No.97 of 1948) shall be abolished.
