Law for the Partial Amendment, etc. to the Law Concerning the Compensation, etc. of Judges
A part of the Law concerning the Compensation, etc. of Judges (Law No.75 of 1948) shall be amended as follows:
The following one Article shall be added next to Article 14:
Article 15.
The monthly amount of compensation for Summary Court judges who are in special category may, for the time being, be fixed at 20,000 yen, irrespective of the provisions of Article 2.

Supplementary Provisions:
1.
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation, and shall apply from November 1, 1948.
2.
The compensation and other allowances already paid as those on and after November 1, 1948 to judges shall be deemed as part payment of the compensation and other allowances prescribed by the new Law.
3.
The Law concerning the Compensation and Others of Judges, etc. after June, 1948 (Law No.96 of 1948) shall be abolished.
