I hereby premulgate the Law for the Abrogation o the Horse Castration Law. Article 1. The Horse Castration Law (Law No.22 of 1901) shall be abrogated.

Article 2. In regard to the castration conducted prior to the date of abrogation of the Horse Castration Law in accordance with the provisions of the same Law, the provisions of Article 5 of the same Law shall remain in effect even after the enforcement of the present Law.
