I hereby promulgate the Law for Partial Amendment to the Local Finance Committee Law. Signed:HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This eighteenth day of the twelfth month of the twenty-third year of Showa (December 18, 1948) Prime Minister YOSHIDA Shigeru Law No.248 Law for Partial Amendment to the Local Finance Committee Law Part of the Local Finance Committee Law (Law No.155 of 1947) shall be amended as follows: Article 4, item 2 shall read as follows: 2. A representative from the Diet nominated by the Speaker of the House of Representatives 1 person. In Article 4, item 3 shall read item 4 and the rest shall be carried down in order;and the following shall be added as item 3: 3. A representative of the Diet nominated by the President of the House of Councillors 1 person. Next to Article 4, the following shall be added as item 7: 7. A person of superior knowledge and experience in the local finance 1 person. In Article 6, "three persons" shall read "four persons."
