Law concerning the Partial Amendments to the Pilot Law
The Pilot Law (Law No.63 of 1899) shall partially be amended as follows:
Item 1 of Article 3 shall be deleted and item 2 shall read item 1, the other items b ing moved up in turn.
Article 3-(2).
The competent Minister shall hold a physical examination, at least once a year in order to ascertain whether pilots do not fall under item 3 of the preceding Article.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
