      <Paragraph Num="1">
        <ParagraphNum/>
        <ParagraphSentence>
          <Sentence>The following partial amendments shall be made to the Law of Fire Defence Organization:</Sentence>
        </ParagraphSentence>
        <AmendProvision>
          <AmendProvisionSentence>
            <Sentence>In Article 10, Paragraph 1, "cities, towns and villages" shall read "the mayor of a city or the headman of a town or village" and in Paragraph 3 of the same Article, "city, town or village" shall read "the Chief of Fire Department, with approval of the mayor of a city or the headman of a town or village,"</Sentence>

          <AmendProvisionSentence>
            <Sentence>In Article 13, "in accordance with the standard which is determined by" shall read "with approval of."</Sentence>

            <Sentence>Next to Article 15 shall be added the following one article:</Sentence>

            <Article Num="15_2">
              <ArticleTitle>Article 15-(2).</ArticleTitle>
              <Paragraph Num="1">
                <ParagraphNum/>
                <ParagraphSentence>
                  <Sentence>The establishment of, area to be covered by, or organization of, each "Shobodan" (fire prevention corps) shall be fixed by the mayor of a city or the headman of a town or village in compliance with the local requirements.</Sentence>
                </ParagraphSentence>
              </Paragraph>
              <Paragraph Num="2">
                <ParagraphNum/>
                <ParagraphSentence>
                  <Sentence>In a city, town or village with its Fire Defence Headquarters, the Shobodan shall act under the control of the Chief of Fire Department or the chief of the fire station and When ordered by the chief of Fire Department or the chief of the fire station, it may carry out activities even outside of its area.</Sentence>
                </ParagraphSentence>
              </Paragraph>
              <Paragraph Num="3">
                <ParagraphNum/>
                <ParagraphSentence>
                  <Sentence>The fixed number, appointment and dismissal, compensation, duties, and other matters concerning the members of a Shobodan shall be determined by the by-law of a cily, town or village and the matters concerning their training, ceremony and uniform shall be determined by municipal regulations in line with the model regulations made by the National Fire Defence Board.</Sentence>

      <SupplProvisionLabel>Supplementary Provision:</SupplProvisionLabel>

          <Sentence>The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.</Sentence>
