    <MainProvision>
      <Article Num="1">
        <ArticleTitle>Art.1.</ArticleTitle>
        <Paragraph Num="1">
          <ParagraphNum/>
          <ParagraphSentence>
            <Sentence>The National institute Komei-ryo shall be established under the jurisdiction of the Minister of Welfare and shall accommodate the blind and take charge of their protection rehabilitation and welfare.</Sentence>

        </Paragraph>
      </Article>
      <Article Num="2">
        <ArticleTitle>Art.2.</ArticleTitle>
        <Paragraph Num="1">
          <ParagraphNum/>
          <ParagraphSentence>
            <Sentence>The National Institute Komei-ryo shall beestablished in Tokyo Metropolis and Tochigi Prefecture.</Sentence>
          </ParagraphSentence>
        </Paragraph>
      </Article>
      <Article Num="3">
        <ArticleTitle>Art.3.</ArticleTitle>
        <Paragraph Num="1">
          <ParagraphNum/>
          <ParagraphSentence>
            <Sentence>Necessary matters concerning the personnel of the National Institute be stipulated by Cabinet Order.</Sentence>
          </ParagraphSentence>
        </Paragraph>
      </Article>
      <Article Num="4">
        <ArticleTitle>Art.4.</ArticleTitle>
        <Paragraph Num="1">
          <ParagraphNum/>
          <ParagraphSentence>
            <Sentence>Each National Institute Komei-ryo shall have a Director.</Sentence>
          </ParagraphSentence>
        </Paragraph>
        <Paragraph Num="2">
          <ParagraphNum>2.</ParagraphNum>
          <ParagraphSentence>
            <Sentence>The Director shall be appointed by the Minister of Welfare from among the Welfare Instructors or Welfare Secretaries.</Sentence>
          </ParagraphSentence>
        </Paragraph>
        <Paragraph Num="3">
          <ParagraphNum>3.</ParagraphNum>
          <ParagraphSentence>
            <Sentence>The Director shall manage the business of the institutes under the direction and supervision of the Minister of Welfare.</Sentence>
          </ParagraphSentence>
        </Paragraph>
      </Article>
      <Article Num="5">
        <ArticleTitle>Art.5.</ArticleTitle>
        <Paragraph Num="1">
          <ParagraphNum/>
          <ParagraphSentence>
            <Sentence>In addition to what are provided for in this Law, necessary matters concerning the internal organization of the National Institutes Komei-ryo and the enforcement of this Law shall be decided by the Minister of Welfare.</Sentence>
          </ParagraphSentence>
        </Paragraph>

      <SupplProvisionLabel>Supplementary Provision:</SupplProvisionLabel>
      <Paragraph Num="1">
        <ParagraphNum/>
        <ParagraphSentence>
          <Sentence>This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.</Sentence>

      </Paragraph>
