I hereby promulgate the Law concerning the Treasury's Subsidy to the Expenses for the Staff in charge of the Part-time Course in Public Upper Secondary Schools. Article 1. The Treasury shall subsidies the four-tenths of the expenses necessary to be defrayed by each prefecture for salaries, additional pay, grant for death, travelling expenses, family allowance, area allowance, retirement allowance and day-and-night-duty-allowance of principals of the public upper secondary schools offering only the course teaching at special period and time (to be called the part-time course), and of teachers, assistant teachers and lecturers in charge of the teaching chiefly of the part-time course in public upper secondary schools according to the budget.

Article 2. The subsidy of the preceding Article shall be delivered to each prefecture in each fiscal year.

Article 3. The regulations necessary for the delivery of subsidy shall be provided by the Minister of Education.
