I hereby promulgate the Law amending a Part of the Foreign Trade Fund Special Account Law. Signed:HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This tenth day of the seventh month of the twenty-third year of Showa (July 10, 1948) Prime Minister ASHIDA Hitoshi Law No.118 Law amending a Part of the Foreign Trade Fund Special Account Law A part of the Foreign Trade Fund Special Account Law (Law No,179 of 1947), shall be amended as follows: In proviso to Art.3, Par.2, "ten billion yen" shall read "fifteen billion yen." In Art.6, "payments under the provisions of Article 20, Paragraph 5 of the Foreign Trade Public Corporation Law (Law No.56 of 1947)" shall be added next to "borrowing of Paragraph 1 of Article 7" and "grants to the Foreign Trade Public Corporation" shall be added next to "redemption of borrowing of Article 7." In Art.7, Par.1, "grants to the Foreign Trade Public Corporation" shall be added next to "commissions on fund operation." The following item shall be added next to Item 1 of the Annexed Table No.1: 1-(2) Claims based on the exports operated by a person other than the State. The following item shall be added next to Item 1 in 1st Class Items of the Annexed Table No 2: 1-(2) Sums paid (including payable sums) to the claims based on the exports operated by a person other than the State. In Item 7 in the same Class, "or accommodation bills" shall be added next to "unredeemed amount of borrowing in accordance with the provisions of Par.2 of of the same Art." The following item shall be added next to item 2 in 2nd Class Items of the Annexed Table No.2: 2-(2) Sums refunded (including sums to be collected) with respect to the claims based on the exports operated by a person other than the State. Supplementary Provision: This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation;Art.7 Par. provided, that the revised provisions of Art.6 and 1 shall apply thereto as from the fiscal year 1948-1949.
