I hereby promulgate the Law amending a part of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Ministry of Transportation. Signed:HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This tenth day of the seventh month of the twenty-third year of Showa (July 10, 1948) Prime Minister ASHIDA Hitoshi Law No.115 Law amending a part of Regulations governing the Organization of the Ministry of Transportation The following amendments shall be made to a part of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Ministry of Transportation (Imperial Ordinance No.829 of 1943). In Paragraph 2 of Article 3, "Government Motor Transportation Bureau" shall be added next to "Rolling-stock and Machinery Bureau." The following one item shall be added next to Item 2 of Article 4. 2-2. Subjects concerning government motor transportation service related to government railways and business incidental thereto. In Item 1 of Article 6, "and government motor transportation" shall be added next to "government railways." Item 2 of the same Article shall be deleted, and Item 3 shall be Item 2.
