            <Sentence>The Law of Stamps for Non-Contentious Matters as to Commercial Matters (Law No.66, 1890) shall be partially amended as follows:</Sentence>

              <Sentence>In Article 2, "1 yen" shall read "20 yen."</Sentence>

          <Sentence>The present Law shall come into force as from the day when thirty days will have elapsed from the day of its promulgation.</Sentence>
