    <LawTitle>Law concerning the Salary and Others for the Public Procurators and Others from June, 1948</LawTitle>
    <MainProvision>
      <Article Num="1">
        <ArticleTitle>Article 1.</ArticleTitle>
        <Paragraph Num="1">
          <ParagraphNum/>
          <ParagraphSentence>
            <Sentence>The monthly amount of salary for public procurators and assistant public procurators shall be the amount equivalent to 130 per cent. of the amount mentioned in the annexed list of the Law concerning the Salary and Others for the Public Procurators (Law No.76 of 1948. Hereinafter referred to as Law No.76) retroactively from June 1, 1948.</Sentence>

        </Paragraph>
        <Paragraph Num="2">
          <ParagraphNum>2.</ParagraphNum>
          <ParagraphSentence>
            <Sentence>The provisions of the preceding paragraph shall also apply to the monthly amount mentioned in Article 9 of Law No.76.</Sentence>
          </ParagraphSentence>
        </Paragraph>

      <Article Num="2">
        <ArticleTitle>Article 2.</ArticleTitle>
        <Paragraph Num="1">
          <ParagraphNum/>
          <ParagraphSentence>
            <Sentence>Salary and other allowances for public procurators and assistant public procurators shall be given in accordance with the provisions of Law No.76 except as otherwise provided in this Law.</Sentence>

    <SupplProvision>
      <SupplProvisionLabel>Supplementary Provisions:</SupplProvisionLabel>
      <Article Num="3">
        <ArticleTitle>Article 3.</ArticleTitle>
        <Paragraph Num="1">
          <ParagraphNum/>
          <ParagraphSentence>
            <Sentence>This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.</Sentence>
          </ParagraphSentence>
        </Paragraph>
      </Article>
      <Article Num="4">
        <ArticleTitle>Article 4.</ArticleTitle>
        <Paragraph Num="1">
          <ParagraphNum/>
          <ParagraphSentence>
            <Sentence>Salary and other allowances prescribed the Law No.76 which public procurators and assistant public procurators have already received as those for on and after June 1, 1948 shall be deemed part payment of the allowances prescribed by this Law.</Sentence>
          </ParagraphSentence>
