I hereby promulgate the Law concerning the Compensation and Others of Judges and Others from June, 1948. Article 1. The monthly amount of compensation for judges, assistant judges and summary court judges (hereinafter referred to as judges and others) shall be the amount equivalent to 130 per cent. of the amount mentioned in the annexed list of the Law concerning the Compensation and Others of Judges (Law No.75 of 1948. Hereinafter referred to as Law No.75) retroactively from June 1, 1948.

Article 2. Compensation and other allowances for judges and others shall be given in accordance with the provisions of Law No.75 except as otherwise provided in this Law.

Supplementary Provisions:

Article 3. This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.

Article 4. Compensation and other allowances prescribed by the Law No.75 which judges and others have already received as those for on and after June 1, 1948 shall be deemed part payment of the compensation and other allowances prescribed by this Law.
