Signed:HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This fifth day of the seventh month of the twenty-third year of Showa (July 5, 1948) Prime Minister ASHIDA Hitoshi Law No.89 Law concerning Allowances for Deliberation by the Committee Members during the Adjournment of the Diet When the Standing Committees or the Special Committees conduct deliberation during the adjournment of the Diet on matters specially entrusted thereto by the decision of either one of the Houses, the Committee Members thereof shall receive allowances at 300 yen per diem for the number of days of their attendance.
