I hereby promulgate the Law concerning the Partial Amendment to the Administrative Office Law, etc. Signed:HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This thirty-first day of the fifth month of the twenty-third year of Showa (May 31, 1948) Prime Minister ASHIDA Hitoshi Law No.45 Law concerning the Partial Amendment to the Administrative Offices Law, etc. In Par.2 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Administrative Offices Law (Law No.69 of 1947), in Par.2 of the Ordinance concerning the Economic Stabilization Board (Imperial Ordinance No.193 of 1947), in Art.1-(3) of the Law concerning the Validity of the Provisions of Orders in Force at the Time of Coming into Force of the Constitution of Japan, etc., and in Par.2 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Law concerning the Establishment of the Construction Board (Law No.237 of 1947), "May 31" shall read "June 30" . Supplementary Provision: The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
