I hereby promulgate the Law concerning the partial amendment of the Gold Fund Special Account Law.

The Gold Fund Special Account Law shall be partially amended as follows:
Article 2-(2).
In case there arise deficits in this Fund, transfers not exceeding \100,000,000 are authorized from the General Account to cover the deficits.
As regards transfers under the provisions of the preceding paragraph, sums equivalent to the amount transferred shall be later transferred to the General Account from this Fund.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
