I hereby promulgate the Law concerning the Partial Amendments to Law No.65 of 1947 (Law for Emergency Measures concerning the Compensation, etc. of Judges and others). Article 1. In the supplementary provisions of the following Laws, "March 19, 1948" shall read "May 3, 1948" : Law No.65 of 1947 (the Law for Emergency Measures concerning the Compensation, etc. of Judges) Law No.66 of 1947 (the Law for Emergency Measures concerning the Compensation, etc. of Public Procurators)

Article 2. In the supplementary provisions of the following Laws, "March 15, 1948" shall read "July 15, 1948" : Law No.75 of 1947 (the Law concerning the Temporary measures of f the Code of Civil Procedure Pursuant to the Enforcement of the Constitution of Japan) Law No.76 of 1947 (the Law concerning the Temporary Measures of the Code of Criminal Procedure Pursuant to the Enforcement of the Constitution of Japan)

Article 3. The Law for Establishm nt of the Attorney-General's Office shall partially be amended as follows: In Article 15, Paragraph 1, "April 1, 1948" shall read "July 1, 1948" and in Paragraph 2 of the same Article, "March 31, 1948" and "April 1 of the same year" shall respectively read "June 30, 1948" and "July 1 of the same year" .

Article 4. "Juvenile court" mentioned in Article 10, Paragraph 5, Items 2 and 3 of the Law for Establishment of the Attorney-General's Office shall read "Juvenile Protection Office" up to June 30, 1948, and shall read "Juvenile Court" thereafter.
