I hereby give My sanction to the Ordinance regarding the amendments of the Imperial Household Accounts Ordinance and cause the same to be promulgated. Article 10-(2) shall be deleted.

Article 11 to Article 16 inclusive shall be deleted.

The proviso of Article 20 shall be deleted. In Articles 28 and 48, the terms, " the Accounts of Reserve Articles Fund, and the Accounts of Forestry and Estates Fund," shall be deleted. Supplementary Provisions: The present Ordinance shall come into effect as from the day of its promulgation. The former Reserve Articles Fund, Forestry and Estates Fund, Gakushuin Fund and Joshi Gakushuin Fund shall be transferred into the Accounts of Negotiable Property relating to Principal when the present Ordinance come into effect.
