Imperial Ordinance No. 195
Article 1.
Part of the Regulations governing the Organization of Forestry Bureau shall be amended as follows:
In Article 2, "637 men full service" shall read "743 men full service", "44 men full service" shall read "45 men full service" and "46 men full service" shall read "57 men full service".
Article 2.
Part of Regulations governing the Organization of Regional Forestry Bureau and Forestry Station shall be amended as follows:
In Article 2, "23 men full service" shall read "25 men full service", "134 men full service" shall read "144 men full service", "925 men full service" shall read "1,000 men full service", "133 men full service" shall read "153 men full service" and "2,277 men full service" shall read "3,078 men full service".
Article 3-2. President of Regional Forestry Bureau established in the area of Hokkaido who is designated by the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry shall make general adjustment of business of Regional Forestry Bureau established in the area concerned and also shall be authorized to make necessary control and supervision to presidents of other Regional Forestry Bureaus in Hokkaido.

Article 3.
Part of Regulations governing the Organization of the Forest Experimental Station, shall be amended as follows:
In Article 2, "50 men full service" shall read "55 men full service", "87 men full service" shall read "96 men full service", and "9 men full service" shall read "10 men full service".
Supplementary Provisions:
The present Ordinance shall come into force from the day of its promulgation.
Employees of Hokkaido Local Government who are working in forestry station and engaged in business of national forest at the time of the enforcement of the Imperial Ordinance, shall be regarded as appointed to Agriculture and Forestry Secretaries or to Agriculture and Forestry technicians. with the same salary and rank respectively, of case of no written appointments are not issued.
Retired employees at the time of the promulgation of this Imperial Ordinance who had been working in the Forestry Station and engaged in business of national forest at the time of retirement, shall be regarded as having been appointed to Agriculture and Forestry Secretaries or Technician as retired with the same rank and salary respectively in accordance with the same procedure provided in the preceeding paragraph, in case no written appointment is issued.
The provisions of the preceeding two paragraphs doesn't prevent application of special regulation concerning the qualification of nomination and appointment of the government official.
