Article 1. Part of the Regulations for Police Official and Fire Official Uniform is hereby amended as follows: The following section is added to the section of the Police Stick in the annexed table of Police Official and Fire Official Uniform. "Plate to certify Police Official" "Material" "Golden colour metal" "Form" "The letters "Police Official," the owner number and name of prefecture are shown. Form and size are shown in the illustration" The following illustrations shall be added next to the section of the Police Stick Figure of the said table. (Illustrations are omitted)

Article 2. Parts of the Regulations for Supplied and Loaned Articles for the Policeman are hereby amended as follows: In par. 1 of Art. 1, " 1. a winter shirt" and "1. a summer shirt " shall read "1. a winter shirt and winter trousers" and "1. a summer shirt and summer trousers ." In par. 1 of Art. 2,"1. a badge of hat" shall read " 1. a plate to certify police official use" and "1. a badge of hat ." In par. 1 of Art. 3, "A winter shirt and a summer shirt" shall read "A winter shirt and winter trousers, and a summer shirt and summer trousers." In par. 1 of Art. 4, " 1. a winter shirt" and "1. a summer shirt " shall read "1. a winter shirt and winter trousers" and "1. a summer shirt and summer trousers ."

In Article 6-2: In the section of the Policewoman, "pants" shall read "a skirt," "special pants" shall read "pants" "midsummer pants" shall read "a midsummer skirt."
