I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to be made to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Demobilization Board, and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 172
Part of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Demobilization Board shall be amended as follows:
Article 10.
The Demobilization Board shall represent the State in case of the civil suit which has a connection with the affairs under jurisdiction or superintendence of the Demobilization Board.
In the above case, the person to institute the suit, representing the State, shall be the President of the Demobilization Board or the nominated official belonging to this Board.
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
