Article 1. Persons who make an application, request or report concerning the Mining Industry shall pay charges in compliance with the following classification: 1. Application for prospecting 250 yen for each item 2. Application for change made in areas applied for prospecting: a. Extension of area, or extension and reduction effected in the same area 150 ,, b. Reduction of area 25 ,, 3. Application for change of prospecting mining area: a. Extension of area, or extension and reduction effected in the same area 180 ,, b. Reduction of area 30 ,, c. Revision (excepting case of error caused by mistake made on the part of the Administrative Government Office) 25 ,, 4. Report of change of applicant for prespecting: a. Inheritance 10 ,, b. Change caused by other than inheritance 125 ,, 5. Application for mining 375 ,, 6. Application for change made in area applied for mining: a.
