I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and cause the same to be promulgated. Art. 12-(6). The Minister of Agriculture and Forestry may, at places as may be deemed necessary, establish Agricultural Improvement Experimental Stations to take partial charge of matters relating to experiment and investigation concerning the improvement of agriculture. The post of the Chief of an Agricultural Improvement Experimental Station shall be filled with a second-class or third-class technical official of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.

In Art. 13, "full time 80 persons" shall read "full time 196 persons" and "full time 154 persons" shall read "full time 282 persons." Supplementary Provision: The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
