I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Ministry of Finance and others, and cause the same to be promulgated. Article 1. The following amendments shall be made to parts of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Ministry of Finance: In Art. 3, "four bureaus" shall read "five bureaus" and "Taxation Bureau" shall read "Taxation Bureau State Property Bureau ." Art. 8 shall be deleted, Art. 7 shall read Art. 8 and Art. 6 shall read Art. 7.

Article 6. The State Property Bureau shall administer the following affairs: 1. General administration and adjustment of the state properties. 2. Matters relating to the management, disposition and government investment of miscellaneous properties.

In Art. 9, par. 1, "Chief of the State Property Department" and par. 2 of the same Article shall be deleted.

Article 2. The following amendments shall be made to parts of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Temporary Establishment of the Special Financial Department of the Ministry of Finance: "Temporary Establishment of the Special Financial Department of the Ministry of Finance" shall read "Temporary Establishment of the Administration Bureau of the Ministry of Finance." Art. 2 shall be deleted. In Art. 1, "Special Financial Department" shall read "Administration Bureau" and item 2 of the same Article shall be amended as follows: 2. Matters relating to the enforcement of the Ordinance governing Closed Institutions and the Committee of Conservators for Closed Institutions (excluding those under the jurisdiction of the Cabinet and other Ministries). In the same Article, item 7 shall read item 8, item 6 shall read item 7, and the following item shall be added after item 5, and the title of Art. 1 shall be deleted. 6. Mattars relating to the enforcement of the Law No. 60, 1947.

Article 3. The following amendments shall be made to parts of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Temporary Establishment of Officials in the Ministry of Finance. In Art. 1, "99 (full time)" shall read "105 (full time)," "272 (full time)" shall read "283 (full time)," "22 (full time)" shall read "35 (full time)," "30 (full time)" shall read "67 (full time)." In Art. 2, "430 (full time)" shall read "454 (full time)," "930 (full time)" shall read "1.000 (full time)," "92 (full time)" shall read "200 (full time)," "230( full time)" shall read "446 (full time)."

Article 4. The following amendments shall be made to parts of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Mint: In Art. 2, "8 (full time)" shall read "10 (full time)," "47 (full time)" shall read "51 (full time)," and "22 (full time)" shall read "24 (full time)."

Article 5. The following amendments shall be made to parts of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Printing Bureau: In Art. 2, "9 (full time)" shall read "13 (full time)," "115 (full time)" shall read "126 (full time)," "40 (full time)" shall read "42 (full time)," and "199 (full time)" shall read "200 (full time)."

Article 6. The following amendments shall be made to parts of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Monopoly Bureau: In Art. 3, par. 1, "three departments" shall read "four departments," and "Salt and Camphor Department" shall read "Salt and Camphor Department, Accounts Department ." In Art. 4, "8 (full time)" shall read "9 (full time)," "109 (full time)" shall read "119 (full time)," "2478 (full time)" shall read "2520 (full time)," "144 (full time)" shall read "168 (full time)" and "966 (full time)" shall read "1.020 (full time)."

Supplementary Provision: The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
