I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to the Regulations governing the Marine Products Control Ordinance and cause the same to be promulgated. Articles 3 and 4 shall be deleted.

In Arts. 7 to 9, "marine products" shall read "marine products other than fresh fish and shellfish." Supplementary Provision: The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
