I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Establishment of Temporary Personnel in the Welfare Department and cause the same to be promulgated. Signed: HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This twenty-eighth day of the third month of the twenty-second year of Showa (March 28, 1947) Countersigned: Prime Minister YOSHIDA Shigeru Minister of Welfare KAWAI Yoshinari Imperial Ordinance No. 101 The Regulations governing the Organization of the Establishment of Temporary Personnel in the Welfare Department shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 1, of the part of Welfare Secretary { full-time officials 1 full-time officials } shall read { full-time officials 21 full-time officials 47 } and of the part Welfare Technical officials { full-time officials 15 full-time officials 11 } shall read { full-time officials 59 full-time officials 65 } In Article 2, par. 1 and par. 2, "and narcotic control officials" shall read "narcotic control officials and commodities arrangement officials" and the same Article shall be added the following one paragraph: Commodities arrangement officials shall manage the allocation affairs of designated production material under the command of superiors. Supplementary Provision: The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
