I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 100
The following amendments shall be made to part of Government Organization of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry:
In Article 3, "six bureaus" shall read "seven bureaus," and "Electric Communication Equipment Bureau" shall be added next to "Machine Bureau."
In Article 5, "electric communication equipments and instruments, and articles for use of electric communication" shall be added before "railway rolling stocks."
Article 5-(2).
The Electric Communication Equipment Bureau shall take charge of affairs pertaining to electric communication equipments and instruments and articles for use of electric communication.
In Article 12, in the part relating to Secretary of Ministry of Commerce and Industry, "full-time―95 persons," and "full-time―223 persons" shall read "full-time―100 persons," and "full-time 229 persons" respectively; and in the part relating to Technical Officials of Ministry of Commerce and Industry, "full-time―1 person," "full-time―71 persons" and "full-time―159 persons" shall read "full-time―2 persons," "full-time―80 persons" and "full-time―167 persons" respectively.
Supplementary Provisions:
The present Imperial Ordinance shall come into force as from April 1, 1947.
The following amendments shall be made to part of Regulations governing the Establishment of Temporary Personnel in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry:
In Article 1, in the part relating to Secretary of Ministry of Commerce and Industry, "full-time―154 persons" shall read "full-time―151 persons"; in the same Article, in the part relating to Technical Official of Ministry of Commerce and Industry, "full-time―It persons" shall read "full-time―71 persons"; and in the same Article, in the part relating to Secretary of Ministry of Commerce and Industry or Technical Official of Ministry of Commerce and Industry, "full-time―280 persons" shall read "full-time 274 persons."
