I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Provisional Establishment of Judicial Officials and others, and cause the same to be promulgated. Article 1. A part of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Provisional Establishment of Judiciary Officials shall be amended as follows: In Art. 3, par. 1, "11 persons (full service)" shall read "15 persons (full service)," "308 persons (full service)" shall read "313 persons (full service)" respectively, and the provisions as to Judicial Educational Officials shall be deleted.

Article 2. A part of the Regulations governing the Organization of Prison shall be amended as follows: In Article 3, "73 persons (full service)" shall read "116 persons (full service)," "393 persons (full service)" shall read "449 persons (full service)," "52 persons (full service)" shall read "9 persons (full service)," "85 persons (full service)" shall read "29 persons (full service)," respectively. In annexed sheets, the following Clause shall be added next to the paragraph of Kanazawa Prison. Toyama Prison | Toyama-shi, Toyama-ken In the same sheets the following paragraph shall be added to next to the paragraph of Okayama Prison. Tottori Prison | Taisho-mura, Ketaka-gun, Tottori-ken In the same sheets, the following paragraph shall be added next to the paragraph of Kagoshima Prison. Miyazaki Prison | Miyazaki-shi, Miyazaki-ken In the same sheets, the following paragraph shall be added next to the paragraph of Sapporo Prison. Asahigawa Prison | Asahigawa-shi, Hokkaido In the paragraph of Abashiri Prison of the same sheets, "Abashiri-machi" shall read "Abashiri-shi."

Supplementary Provisions: The present Ordinance shall come into force as from April 1, 1947. However, the amended part of the paragraph of Abashiri Prison shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
