            <Sentence>In compliance with the Temporary Law governing Adjustment of Demands and Supplies for materials, the following personnel shall be supplemented to the present staff in the Ministry of Communications to have them take charge of the allocation business of designated production materials to industries or circles requiring such materials as placed under jurisdiction of the Ministry of Communications.</Sentence>
