I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance relating to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Establishment of Temporary Personnel in the Ministry of Communications and cause the same to be promulgated. Article 1. In compliance with the Temporary Law governing Adjustment of Demands and Supplies for materials, the following personnel shall be supplemented to the present staff in the Ministry of Communications to have them take charge of the allocation business of designated production materials to industries or circles requiring such materials as placed under jurisdiction of the Ministry of Communications. Communications Secretaries: Full time 3 2nd class Full time 6 3rd class Communications Technical Officials: Full time 2 2nd class Full time 3 3rd class

Article 2. In compliance with the Temporary Law governing Adjustment of Demands and Supplies for materials, the following personnel shall be supplemented to the present staff in the Communications Bureaus to have them take charge of the allocation business of designated production materials to industries or circles requiring such materials as placed under jurisdiction of the Ministry of Communications. Supplementary Provision: The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
