I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments of the Regulations governing the Temporary Officials of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 80
A part of the Regulations governing the Temporary Officials of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry shall be amended as follows:
Article 1-3.
The following officials shall additionally be set up in the Board of Coal to engage temporarily in the business concerning the supervision of the cost price of coal:
The Secretary of Commerce and Industry
full-time 2 persons,
third class
The Secretary of Commerce and Industry or the Technical Official of Commerce and Industry
full-time 2 persons,
third class
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
