I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendment to the Fishing-Boat Insurance Law Enforcement Ordinance and cause the same to be promulgated. In Art. 2, par. 1, the term "70 percent shall read "90 percent", and Art. 2, bar. 2 shall be deleted. In Art. 3, par. 1, the term "13 percent" shall read "5 percent", and Art. 3, par. 2 shall be deleted. Supplementary Provision: The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
