In Art. 8, Par. 1, Item 3 "or permission of separation of nationality" shall read "permission of separation and restoration of nationality and". Supplementary Provisions: The present Ordinance shall come into force as from March 1. 1947. With regard to the application of permission of restoration of nationality which has been applied to prefectural governors by old provisions, it shall be regarded, in case no disposition has been made as to the permission or approval when the present Ordinance comes into force, as the application made to the Home Minister by the amended provisions.
