I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance amending a part of the Regulations governing the Establishment of Temporary Personnel, etc., in the Cabinet and cause the same to be promulgated. Supplementary Provision: The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
