I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning ordering the President of the Board of Reconstruction to execute management relative to the control of the works of construction and others mentioned in the provisions of paragraph 1 of Article 1 of the "Law concerning the Temporary Adjustment of Supply and Demand of Commodities," and cause the same to be promulgated. The affairs concerning management in the preceding paragraph shall be for the time being administered by the Prefectural Governors and the Directors of Local Commerce and Industry Bureaus under the direction and supervision of the President of the Board of Reconstruction as determined by the Prime Minister. Supplementary Provision: The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
