    <MainProvision>
      <Article Num="1">
        <ArticleTitle>Art. 1.</ArticleTitle>
        <Paragraph Num="1">
          <ParagraphNum/>
          <ParagraphSentence>
            <Sentence>The Harbour Committee is under the supervision of the Minister of Transportation, and investigates and discusses, at his inquiry, the important matters concerning ports and harbours.</Sentence>
          </ParagraphSentence>
        </Paragraph>
        <Paragraph Num="2">
          <ParagraphNum/>
          <ParagraphSentence>
            <Sentence>The Harbour Committee may submit advisory proposals to the Ministers concerned regarding the matters specified in the previous item.</Sentence>
          </ParagraphSentence>
        </Paragraph>
      </Article>
      <Article Num="2">
        <ArticleTitle>Art. 2.</ArticleTitle>
        <Paragraph Num="1">
          <ParagraphNum/>
          <ParagraphSentence>
            <Sentence>The Harbour Committee is organized by one chairman and less than 35 members.</Sentence>
          </ParagraphSentence>
        </Paragraph>
        <Paragraph Num="2">
          <ParagraphNum/>
          <ParagraphSentence>
            <Sentence>In case special matters are to be investigated or discussed, temporary members may be appointed, when necessary.</Sentence>
          </ParagraphSentence>
        </Paragraph>
      </Article>
      <Article Num="3">
        <ArticleTitle>Art. 3.</ArticleTitle>
        <Paragraph Num="1">
          <ParagraphNum/>
          <ParagraphSentence>
            <Sentence>The Chairmanship will be held by the Minister of Transportation.</Sentence>
          </ParagraphSentence>
        </Paragraph>
        <Paragraph Num="2">
          <ParagraphNum/>
          <ParagraphSentence>
            <Sentence>The regular and temporary members will be appointed by the Cabinet from among the officials of government offices concerned, scholars and men of experience, through the recommendation of the Minister of Transportation to the Throne.</Sentence>
          </ParagraphSentence>
        </Paragraph>

      <Article Num="4">
        <ArticleTitle>Art. 4.</ArticleTitle>
        <Paragraph Num="1">
          <ParagraphNum/>
          <ParagraphSentence>
            <Sentence>The Chairman controls all matters of the Committee.</Sentence>
          </ParagraphSentence>
        </Paragraph>
        <Paragraph Num="2">
          <ParagraphNum/>
          <ParagraphSentence>
            <Sentence>In the absence of the Chairman, a member nominated by the Minister of Transportation, will act in behalf of the Chairman.</Sentence>
          </ParagraphSentence>

      <Article Num="5">
        <ArticleTitle>Art. 5.</ArticleTitle>
        <Paragraph Num="1">
          <ParagraphNum/>
          <ParagraphSentence>
            <Sentence>The Harbour Committee has secretaries.</Sentence>
          </ParagraphSentence>
        </Paragraph>
        <Paragraph Num="2">
          <ParagraphNum/>
          <ParagraphSentence>
            <Sentence>The Secretaries will be appointed by the Cabinet through the recommendation of the Minister of Transportation to the Throne.</Sentence>
          </ParagraphSentence>
        </Paragraph>
        <Paragraph Num="3">
          <ParagraphNum/>
          <ParagraphSentence>
            <Sentence>The Secretaries will, under the control of the Chairman, manage the general affairs.</Sentence>
          </ParagraphSentence>

      </Article>
      <Article Num="6">
        <ArticleTitle>Art. 6.</ArticleTitle>
        <Paragraph Num="1">
          <ParagraphNum/>
          <ParagraphSentence>
            <Sentence>The Harbour Committee has clerks.</Sentence>
          </ParagraphSentence>
        </Paragraph>
        <Paragraph Num="2">
          <ParagraphNum/>
          <ParagraphSentence>
            <Sentence>The Clerks will be appointed by the Minister of Transportation.</Sentence>
          </ParagraphSentence>
        </Paragraph>
        <Paragraph Num="3">
          <ParagraphNum/>
          <ParagraphSentence>
            <Sentence>The Clerks will, under the directions of the seniors, deal with the general affairs.</Sentence>
          </ParagraphSentence>
        </Paragraph>

    <SupplProvision>
      <SupplProvisionLabel>Supplementary Provision:</SupplProvisionLabel>
      <Paragraph Num="1">
        <ParagraphNum/>
        <ParagraphSentence>
          <Sentence>The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.</Sentence>
        </ParagraphSentence>
