I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments of the Imperial Ordinance No. 305 of the twelfth year of Taisho (1923), concerning the item of expenditure for which the amount of other item of expenditure can not be appropriated without the approval of the Minister of Finance and cause the same to be promulgated. And item 2 shall be amended as follows: 2. Salaries 3. Allowance (except those items supplemented by the first reserve fund) 4. Travelling expenses (except those items supplemented by the first reserve fund) 5. Grants 6. Compensation Supplementary Provision: The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
