I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance relating to the partial amendment of the Regulations concerning Fishery Commission Fee and cause the same to be promulgated. Signed: HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This sixteenth day of the first month of the twenty-second year of Showa (January 16, 1947) Countersigned: Prime Minister YOSHIDA Shigeru Minister of Agriculture and Forestry WADA Hiroo Imperial Ordinance No. 12 The following amendments shall be made to part of the Regulations concerning Fishery Commission Fee: In Article 1, concerning fishery commission fees "¥6" shall read "¥60"; "¥10," "¥100"; "¥4," "¥40"; "¥2,50," "¥25"; "¥2," "¥20"; "¥3,50," "¥35"; "¥1," "¥10"; "¥5," "¥50"; "¥0,10," "¥1"; "¥0,50," "¥5"; and "¥0,30," "¥3"; respectively. Supplementary Provisions: The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation. The commission fees for applications or requests made before the enforcement of this Ordinance shall be as heretofore.
