I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendments to be made to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Ministry for Home Affairs and others and cause the same to be promulgated. Article 1. The following amendments shall be made to part of the Regulations governing the Organization of the Ministry for Home Affairs: In Article 3, "31, full-time" shall read "33, full-time"; "6, full-time" shall read "8, full-time"; and "108, full-time" shall read "114, full-time."

Article 2. The following amendments shall be made to part of the Regulations governing the Temporary Establishment of Personnel in the Ministry for Home Affairs: "81, full-time" shall read "77, full-time"; and "1,118, full-time" shall read "1,109, full-time."

Article 3. The following amendments shall be made to part of the Regulations governing the Organization of the City Planning Committee: In Article 17, paragraph 1: "Secretary of Local Government 19, full-time 2nd rank 77, full-time 3rd rank Technical Official of Local Government 62, full-time 2nd rank 203, full-time 3rd rank" shall read "Secretary of Local Government or Technical Official of Local Government 89, full-time 2nd rank 296, full-time 3rd rank "

Supplementary Provision: The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
