I hereby promulgate the Law concerning the Partial Amendments to the Solid Fuel Distribution Kodan Law. Signed:HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This twenty-seventh day of the twelfth month of the twenty-second year of Showa (December 27, 1947) Prime Minister KATAYAMA Tetsu Law No.243 A part of the Solid Fuel Distribution Kodan Law shall be amended as follows: In Art.1, Par.1, "Coke" shall read "Coke (inclusive of semi-coke, the same shall apply hereinafter)," and "lignite enumerated in the Annexed Table No.1" shall read "lignite and lignite-coke enumerated in the Annexed Table No.1." In the Annexed Table No.1, "Such ligrnte as having heat power of more than 3,500 calories" shall read "lignite and lignite-cake (exclusive of peat and other lignite and lignite-coke designated by the competent Minister)." Supplementary Provision: This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
