I hereby promulgate the Law relating to government subsidy by the delivery of State bond under the provision of Article 4 of the Special City Planning Law. Article 1. In case the Government grants subsidy under the provision of Article 4 of the Special City Planning Law for the expenses required for special city planning activities, the compensation performed under the provision of Article 16 of the same Law shall be settled by bonds. The value of bonds delivered under the provision of the preceding paragraph shall be estimated by the Minister of Finance in reference to the current value of bonds.

Article 2. The performance of compensation under the provision of Article 16 of the Special City Planning Law shall be made by the delivery of bonds under the preceding Article. The value of bonds delivered under the provision of the preceding paragraph shall be the one determined by the_Minister of Finance as provided by Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article.
