I hereby promulgate the Law relating to the partial amendment of the Law concerning the Transfer from the General Account to meet the Deficits in Revenues for the Fiscal Year of 1947-48 in the Special Account for Deposits Bureau, Ministry of Finance, Special Accounts for State Railway, Special Accounts for Communication Service, Insurance Sub-Account and the Annuity Sub-Account of the Special Account for Post Insurance and Postal Annuity. Signed:HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This twentieth day of the twelfth month of the twenty-second year of Showa (December 20, 1947) Prime Minister KATAYAMA Tetsu Law No.218 A part of the Law concerning the transfer from the General Account to meet the deficits in revenues for the fisial year of 1947-48 in the Special Account of Deposit Bureau, Ministry of Finance, Special Account for State Railway, Special Account for Communication Service, Insurance Sub-Account and Annuity Sub-Account of the Special Account for Post Insurance and Postal Annuity shall be amended as follows: In Paragraph 1, "1,096,224,000 yen" shall read "1,192,448,000 yen," "5,993,094,000 yen" shall read "6,986,188,000 yen," "3,000,020,000 yen" shall read "3,500,040,000 yen," "88,784,000 yen" shall read "177,568,000 yen" and "2,597,000 yen" shall read "5,194,000 yen." Supplementary Provision: The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
