      <Paragraph Num="1">
        <ParagraphNum/>
        <ParagraphSentence>
          <Sentence>The Department-Store Law shall be abolished.</Sentence>
        </ParagraphSentence>
      </Paragraph>

    <SupplProvision>
      <SupplProvisionLabel>Supplementary Provisions:</SupplProvisionLabel>
      <Paragraph Num="1">
        <ParagraphNum/>
        <ParagraphSentence>
          <Sentence>The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.</Sentence>
        </ParagraphSentence>
      </Paragraph>
      <Paragraph Num="2">
        <ParagraphNum/>
        <ParagraphSentence>
          <Sentence>The former Law shall be still effective with regard to the application of the provisions of penalty upon the deeds done before the enactment of this Law and also with regard to the liquidation and registration of the Department-Store Union.</Sentence>
