I hereby promulgate the Law concerning the partial amendments to the National Forest Law. Article 26. Abolished.

Supplementary Provisions: The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation. Hokkaido National Forests and its Forest Products Disposal Ordinance shall be abolished, except that in regard to any contracts being made prior to the enforcement of this Law, based on the old ordinance, regarding sale, lease, use of national forests or contracts concerning the sale of national forest products, the old ordinance shall prevail.
