I hereby promulgate the Law concerning the Abrogation of the Important Fertilizer Industry Control Law and Others. Signed:HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This nineteenth day of the eleventh month of the twenty-second year of Showa (November 19, 1947) Prime Minister KATAYAMA Tetsu Law No.134 The Important Fertilizer Industry Control Law and the Japan Agricultural Product Export Joint-Stock Company Law shall hereby be abrogated. Supplementary Provisions: The present Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation. With respect to the application of the penalty provisions to the acts done prior to the enforcement of the present Law, the old Law shall remain in force even after the enforcement of the present Law.
